Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel, what you get back, and how long it takes.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Because you order online, you have 14 days from the day your SIM arrives to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us within that window and we'll cancel your plan and refund what you've paid, less the cost of any service you've already used (calls, texts and data used before you cancelled).

To cancel, email help@centricomobile.com or use the contact form. A clear statement is enough — no forms to fill in.

The £0.99 SIM fee

If you cancel before your first monthly payment, the £0.99 SIM fee is refunded in full to the card you paid with. If you stay past your first month, the £0.99 is credited against your first Direct Debit instead, so it costs you nothing either way.

Cancelling after 14 days

Plans are monthly rolling with no exit fee. Cancel from your account area or by emailing us, and your plan ends at the end of the month you've already paid for. Part-months are not refunded, because the service stays available to you until the month ends.

You can keep your number — ask us for a PAC code and we'll send it free of charge.

Faulty SIMs and things that go wrong

If your SIM never arrives or doesn't work, tell us and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply, whatever this page says.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the cancellation, and usually much sooner. We never refund to a different card or account.

If you're unhappy

Email help@centricomobile.com. If we can't resolve things within 8 weeks, you can take your complaint to an Ofcom-approved alternative dispute resolution scheme, free of charge.
