Centrico Mobile Ltd, registered in England & Wales, is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach our privacy team at help@centricomobile.com.

• Account details: your email address, and the plan you told us you're leaning towards. While we're pre-launch, that's all we ask for.
• Order details: your name and delivery address — collected only when you actually order a SIM, never before.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we only keep a payment reference and whether the £0.99 SIM fee succeeded.
• Technical data: device and browser information and basic usage logs. We store the IP address behind sign-in attempts and contact-form messages to block spam and abuse, and delete it after 30 days.
• Marketing consent: whether you ticked the optional updates box, and when. It's never ticked for you.

• Contract — to create your account, send your SIM, set up your plan and provide support.
• Legal obligation — telecoms and financial record-keeping requirements.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and improving the product.
• Consent — marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time.

Only the suppliers we need to run the service: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, our network partner for connectivity, and delivery partners for posting your SIM. We never sell your data.

Account and order records are kept for the life of your account and for six years afterwards, where required for tax and regulatory purposes. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Anything we no longer need is deleted.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted with row-level security so your records are only readable by you and by authorised staff who need them. See our Security & Trust page for the full list of measures.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies. Details are on our cookies page.
