Accessibility Statement

Mobile should work for everyone. Here's where we are, honestly.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across centricomobile.com and your account area. Accessibility is checked as part of how we build, not bolted on afterwards.

What we've built in

  • Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks and lists
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states
  • Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds for text and controls
  • Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative art hidden from screen readers
  • Respect for the "reduce motion" setting on your device
  • Forms with real labels, clear error messages and sensible autocomplete
  • Responsive layouts that work down to 320px and up to 200% zoom

Known limitations

  • The roadshow map is a visual component. The same tour dates and locations are always listed as text next to it.
  • Some longer marketing pages use scroll-snapping, which can feel unusual with certain assistive tech. Snapping is disabled when reduced motion is on.
  • Embedded payment forms are provided by Stripe and follow their accessibility work.

Tell us about a problem

If something is hard to use, email help@centricomobile.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix confirmed accessibility issues in our next release.

If you're not happy with our response you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
